Our relationship with the Volkswagen Group South Africa spans all of their brands through our extensive work within the Volkswagen Academy.
We have worked with them on several projects from conceptualising, designing and implementing internal communications campaigns aimed at their dealer network, through to the creation and implementation of extensive countrywide training programs covering a wide range of audiences and topics including preowned vehicles, sales, aftersales, process training and in-dealer coaching. We discovered after-sales opportunities for the group, through our in-dealership research and recommendations.
We conceptualised a design for their Training Academy prospectus across each brand and their chief internal sales document which outlines the Academy’s full offering to dealers. We worked with the brands on their product launches, filming their exciting and diverse training days on location and creating a series of unforgettable videos showcasing the brands new products.
We have: - Defined their Training Academy identity, content creation and design of their Prospectus’ across all divisions in the organisation.
- Presented an extensive series of training workshops, coaching and mentoring for the
Training Academy, focusing on sales manager and sales executive training in Audi-branded
- Conceptualised and designed an internal campaign for the Dealer Principals and filmed the Training days which takes place for all new vehicles. The production includes a full day track shoot and final edit.
