Q. We have been awarded a Free Trade Zone licence… what now?

Our client NAHCO had been awarded one of the first licences to operate within the free trade zone in Nigeria. At this point they were unclear as to what key services they could offer that would differentiate them in the market, or how best to leverage the opportunity. They also needed a strategy and a vehicle in which to go to market.

We identified key opportunities and developed a weighted risk opportunity model for the client to determine the short / medium and long term financially viable opportunities.

Outcome:

Strategic positioning for differentiation in the Nigerian market as well as definition of service and value proposition

Created designed and developed the NFZ brand and built out their market proposition
